You schedule a 30-minute appointment for us to discuss your concerns, challenges and your goals. We will also discuss the intricate details of how the program works and together we will determine if you and I are a good fit for each other. If it's a 'go', then you register and pay for the program.
Next we schedule a virtual 1-hour session to discuss your goals in detail.
During this time I will send you a link for you to complete the online EQi 2.0 Assessment which is the most respected EQ assessment worldwide. The assessment will take about 30 minutes to complete.
You will follow that by also completing the online Positive Intelligence Assessment which will also take about 30 minutes.
Next, we will schedule and hold a two-hour debrief session when we will discuss your results. I will explain the implications of the results in the context of your leadership and of your goals. We will also discuss an action plan that you will subsequently complete that will address the aspects of the EQ & PQ results that you want to work on particularly as they relate to your overall goals as a professional, a leader and an executive.
After your debrief session we will schedule and hold six (6) 1-hour Executive Coaching sessions (2 sessions per month for 3 months) where I will coach you through the steps you will be taking to successfully achieve your goals as you work on your action plan.
You will also complete the Change Style Indicator® Second Edition (CSI™ 2) which is a tool designed to assess an individual’s preferred style of approaching and dealing with change. This instrument is based on a model that identifies different styles of change preference, recognizing that individuals vary in their responses to change.
After you take the Change Style Indicator® Second Edition (CSI™ 2), we will conduct a 1-hour debrief session where we take a deep-dive on your results and discuss strategies to enhance how you manage, respond to and drive changes on the job and in your career.
